Pumpkins, as it turns out, are native to Mexico, making them a perfect choice for a culturally rich cocktail. This discovery was a stepping stone to what would become a winning recipe.


The Journey to Sydney of course, this thorough research and innovative thinking led Harry to win the Del Maguey cocktail competition in New Zealand, earning him the opportunity to represent NZ in Sydney at the Australia Pacific Finals, taking place at Sydney Bar Week.
