I am a long-serving business coach & educator who specialises in the hospitality industry. Along with education, the hospitality industry is the most 'front-line' of all industries, and here at 'The Hospitality Company' we fully engage with everything that shapes the frontline experience for owners, managers, employees, AND the customer.

I'm proud to have engaged with such a vibrant industry for three decades. 'Hospitality' is a complex and sometimes unforgiving industry, and yet the variable and demanding work is especially satisfying when performed well.

I founded 'The Hospitality Company' (THC) to help educate and hold key-stakeholders accountable to the practical steps required to make their aspirations a daily reality.

Our team focuses on measurable results for ALL stakeholders in each and every business. We emphasise alignment between various business interests within the one business.

We have built THC to offer a range of educational services from 1:1 coaching, to group coaching, to online courses. Fast-paced, ever-changing businesses require flexible PD options that cater to different budgets. Our coaching & training seeks to teach best practice for those who love the industry and for those who wish to push themselves, their careers, and their businesses further towards excellence.
