Passionate about foraging, educating the junior industry and of course, creating delicious beverages that make your business more profitable.

Co-founder of Teresa Cocktail Bar (winner of NZ's best drinks list 2023), Agnese Vermouth (NZ's only dedicated vermouth brand) and NZ Bar Con (a national bar week launched in Auckland in 2024). Andrea is also an international award-winning bartender with a passion for creating a unique experience in liquid form.
I wont the AUSNZ Plantation Rum cup with the Teresa team in 2023, placed second globally at the Flor De Cana Sustainable challenge in Nicaragua and am heading to represent NZ in the Top 10 at the Jamesons Black Barrel Challenge in Ireland in September 2024.
I have worked in Italy, UK, Australia, and New Zealand, and showcased my set of skills with a series of guest shifts all over Mexico.
During the 2020 COVID-19 lockdown I co-founded a passion project ‘Neighbourhood Foraging’.
The ethos of this project is to inspire, educate and teach respect for nature and celebrate the unique uses of forageable flora through contemporary techniques in drinks and cocktails.
I have consulted for Madame George, JK.14 & Nardini Italian Spirits Brand, Firsthand Coffee, National Distillery, Giant Public House, Good Herb Soda, Campari and Loveblock wines.
